We want you to love your Kaido socks. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 99 days of delivery for a full refund or a free exchange.
How to return
1. Email us at support@kaidosocks.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
2. We will reply with the return address and simple instructions.
3. Once your return arrives, we process refunds within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
Conditions
- The 99-day period starts on the day your order is delivered.
- Exchanges are free.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- Faulty or incorrect items are refunded or replaced in full, including any shipping costs.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
