Will they fit my feet and toes?

Yes. Kaido socks come in a full size range and the toe sleeves stretch to fit most toe shapes and lengths. Check the size guide on each product page and pick your normal shoe size.

Do they really stop blisters?

For most people, yes. Blisters between and under the toes come from skin rubbing on skin. Because each toe sits in its own sleeve, that rubbing is gone, so blisters never get started. It works from the first wear.

Do they work with my normal shoes?

They do. They wear like a thin performance sock, so they fit inside your usual trainers, running shoes and boots without feeling bulky.

Will they straighten my toes or fix a bunion?

No, and be careful with anyone who says a sock can. Kaido is a comfort and performance sock, not a medical device. What it does is give each toe its own room instead of crushing them together, which is why the rubbing and end-of-day ache ease off. If something is already changing shape or hurting, see a podiatrist.

What are they made of?

Our Coolmax styles are 67% Nylon, 30% Coolmax and 3% Lycra for fast-drying, moisture-wicking comfort. Our Merino styles use a merino wool blend for warmth and odour control.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Avoid fabric softener and high heat so the fibres keep their shape and wicking power.
