The Kaido mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Kaido ("Kaido", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders, offers and product news) from and on behalf of Kaido at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchase, and your participation is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Message frequency varies. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless carrier for details about any charges.

To opt out of the Service at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@kaidosocks.com.

Wireless carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may suspend or end your receipt of the Service if we believe you are in breach of these Mobile Terms, or if we otherwise no longer offer the Service.
