We want you to love your Kaido socks. If you are not completely happy, you can return them within 100 days of delivery for a full refund or a free exchange, worn or unworn.

How it works

1. Email us at support@kaidosocks.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
2. We will reply with a return address and simple instructions.
3. Once your return arrives, we process refunds within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.

Free exchanges on every order. If anything is unclear, just reach out to support@kaidosocks.com and we will sort it out.
